Magnesium is overlooked and it seems to be the easiest vitamin to add to your regime. Seventy-five percent of Americans are deficient in magnesium. Most patients are so overworked and overstressed, their muscles are very tight and lack hydration. This can lead to restlessness and fatigue.

There are two kinds I recommend; Magnesium glycinate, which is easy on digestion, or Magnesium citrate, which can be mixed with hot or cold water.
